Q: What brought you to KeHE? How long have you been with the company?
A: I have been with KeHE for 12 years now. A friend had referred me to apply, and I have family that works with KeHE, so I knew what a great company it was to be a part of.
Q: Tell us a little about your role at KeHE and how it’s changed over the years.
A: I joined KeHE as a part-time Customer Care Specialist, moving to full-time months later. I handled calls from our Retailers, placing orders and such. A few years later I was promoted to a Customer Care Coordinator and then Customer Care Supervisor. During my time as a Supervisor, I have overseen a few different teams within Customer Care and currently oversee our South Central Team (DC 19/12) and North West Team (DC 33/25). We handle Orders, Credits, and “Where’s my Truck.”
Q: How has KeHE fostered your growth within the company?
A: My leaders over the years have all given me the support and necessary resources to grow in my career with KeHE.
Q: What are some of the biggest changes you’ve seen during your tenure with KeHE?
A: There have been a few changes over my time here at KeHE, but the main one is the growth of KeHE. Looking back and then seeing where we are today is amazing. The technology continues to grow to better serve our retailers.
Q: During your time with KeHE, what milestones are you most proud to have been a part of?
A: My first milestone was growing in my career by being promoted to a Customer Care Supervisor. Second is being part of the Regional team rollout within the Customer Care department and helping grow our team members as they became Universal Agents.
Q: What has been your favorite memory during your time at KeHE?
A: I would have to say my favorite memory is attending the New Orleans Show back in 2017. I was able to share the experience with one of my favorite co-workers, meeting customers and vendors.
