Q: What brought you to KeHE? How long have you been with the company?
A: I was in search of an opportunity, and I’ve been with the company for 21 years.
Q: Tell us a little about your role at KeHE and how it’s changed over the years.
A: I began my career as a Selector 21 years ago and have since progressed to become Production Manager.
Q: How has KeHE fostered your growth within the company?
A: As I mentioned, I began as a Selector and now I hold the position of Production Manager. KeHE is a place where hard work and dedication are rewarded, and growth is assured.
Q: What are some of the biggest changes you’ve seen during your tenure with KeHE?
A: The most significant change thus far has been our relocation from Weston to Miami. This is a rare occurrence, and our team is thoroughly enjoying the challenge.
Q: During your time with KeHE, what milestones are you most proud to have been a part of?
A: Being part of a team that has been voted the fastest DC three times in a row speaks volumes about our team’s dedication and hard work mentality here at DC31.
Q: What has been your favorite memory during your time at KeHE?
A: The way this team came together after the move on the very first day and throughout the entire first week is one of my favorite memories at KeHE so far.
Q: What legacy do you hope to leave behind with KeHE?
A: My legacy at DC31 will be remembered as that of a servant, someone who always prioritized their team, demonstrated unwavering dedication, and worked diligently.
