Learn more about Yisenias’ story below!

Q: What brought you to KeHE? How long have you been with the company?

A: 13 years.

Q: Tell us a little about your role at KeHE and how it’s changed over the years.

A: I started at KeHE’s Lehigh Valley location in 2010 in A-Zone making boxes, stocking, picking, packing, and auditing. In November of 2020, I transferred from Lehigh Valley to Maryland again, working in A-Zone performing the same duties; however, as of now, I’m solely responsible for UPS.

Q: How has KeHE fostered your growth within the company?

A: I am currently in the same position. My supervisors are giving me appreciative and constructive feedback to further my career at KeHE.

Q: What are some of the biggest changes you’ve seen during your tenure with KeHE?

A: I had the opportunity to work with many people in upper management in my career at KeHE. A lot of them have engaged with me and other associates in addressing some issues and concerns that we have encountered.

Q: During your time with KeHE, what milestones are you most proud to have been a part of?

A: During my 13 years at KeHE, I would have to say that my proudest milestone is when I originally started at the Lehigh Valley Pennsylvania Distribution Center. The reason being, that is where I first started.

Q: What has been your favorite memory during your time at KeHE?

A: My favorite memory is something that I only experienced in KeHE that is dear to my heart. It is the reason why I call KeHE my family. I was at the Lehigh Valley Distribution location where everyone joined together to pray for an associate who was in an accident on their way to work at KeHE. Managers and associates came together. That is the KeHE Civility Code at its finest.

Q: What legacy do you hope to leave behind with KeHE?

A: That they remember me as a hard worker who follows all KeHE rules and safety guidelines, and that I gave my all.
