Parking
Parking is available to all downtown visitors on a first-come, first-served basis. The Phoenix Convention Center & Venues parking is subject to availability. The Convention Center manages five parking garages. For garage locations, visit phoenixconventioncenter.com
Airport Transportation
Flying in? Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport to all hotels.
Shuttle Transportation
We will be offering a shuttle from certain hotels to the Phoenix Convention center. More information to come closer to the show.

FAQs
When and where is the Summer Show?
Tuesday, February 4 – Wednesday, February 5, 2024, in North Hall 120, A-D Ballroom at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ. Registration will open in November.
Will there be KeHE CONNECT® trainings?
KeHE CONNECT® Show Training will be available for exhibitors on Monday, February 3 at 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. in the Phoenix Convention Center. Training sessions begin every hour on the hour.
There will be one additional training Tuesday, February 4 at 8:00 a.m. before the show floor opens.
Additional show training videos are available on the iPad. Show “refs” will be walking around in referee jerseys to help during show hours.

What time is Exhibitor Set Up and New Product Showcase Set Up?
Exhibitor set up begins Monday, February 3 and must be complete before the show floor opens on February 7 at 10:00 a.m. Please note, New Product Showcases displays must be placed during set up hours, the showcase will remain locked until the show closes.
- February 3 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- February 4 from 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Exhibitor tear down hours are as follows:
- February 5 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Will there be security to watch the items in my booth overnight?
Exhibitor is solely responsible for all materials and property of Exhibitor and Exhibitor Parties. Exhibitor should insure its property against loss or theft. Exhibitors are advised to take individual precautionary measures such as packing away items and securing portable articles of value or removing such articles to a place of safekeeping and/ or covering them at night as an extra precaution after the exhibit hours. KeHE Show Management will provide 24-hour perimeter security from the start of set-up through the end of dismantling.

How many samples should I bring?
We have over 1400 Retailers and KeHE Employees that will attend the show over a 2-day period. This is estimating that each could receive (1) sample but knowing that some will take more than one and some will take none. This is purely an estimate; any leftovers will be donated to the local food bank.
What are the show floor hours?
- February 4 from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- February 5 from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The virtual show on the KeHE CONNECT® platform is open 24/7 from January 29 through February 12, 2025.

Do I need an iPad for show ordering?
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD): To place orders in KeHE CONNECT® during the 2025 Summer Show, we strongly recommend bringing your own device.
Is there internet access on the show floor?
Yes! There will be free WiFi service on the show floor. Simply connect your device to one of the “KeHEguest” networks. If you do not see the KeHEguest network on your device, please visit the common spaces outside of the Exhibit Hall for other free WiFi network options.
Will there be electricity at my booth?
KeHE is now including 5 amps of electricity at the back center of the booth space in each exhibitor’s booth package!
By including electricity in each booth, KeHE is able to pass on +25% savings on electricity for all exhibitors. Bringing your device is easier than ever before now that you can charge your device in your booth!
Where can I get Lead Retrieval?

Is there an age policy?
The KeHE Summer Show is a B2B trade event for ages 21 and older. No one under 21 is permitted on the Show floor regardless of affiliation or circumstances. This restriction applies to all children, including infants.
What should I wear?
The suggested attire for all KeHE Shows is business casual; jeans are acceptable. Pro Tip: wear comfortable shoes!
